Crying is natural; the skies cry, the birds cry, the trees cry. When it's one thing after another, I feel like I wanna cry. I probably should. I know I need to let my body release. But at the same time, I don't want to. Because crying is letting go, resting, pausing, regrouping. But when you feel like you can't do any of that, not yet. You just wait until you can. Or you don't.
